1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using JurisWorks™ legal practice management platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of JurisWorks™ materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on JurisWorks™ platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by JurisWorks™ at any time.

4. User Accounts and Registration

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services, though we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

The total liability of JurisWorks™ shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JurisWorks™ from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Professional Compliance

Record Keeping

13. Termination

By User

You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, you will retain access to your data for 30 days for export purposes.

By JurisWorks™

We may terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or other justified reasons with appropriate notice as required by law.

Data Retention

Upon termination, we will retain your data for the period required by law and our data retention policy, after which it will be securely deleted.

14. Changes to Terms

JurisWorks™ reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the platform or via email. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
